1. Cancellation by Renter

1.1. Advance Notice: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time to avoid any cancellation fees.

1.2. Cancellation Fee: If a reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, a cancellation fee equivalent to one day's rental rate will be charged.

1.3. No-Show Fee: If the Renter fails to pick up the vehicle without prior notice, a no-show fee equivalent to one day's rental rate will be charged.

2. Cancellation by Company

2.1. Right to Cancel: The Company reserves the right to cancel any reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to vehicle unavailability, natural disasters, or any other situation beyond the Company's control.

2.2. Notification: In the event of a cancellation by the Company, the Renter will be notified as soon as possible, and any pre-paid rental fees will be fully refunded.

3. Refund Policy

3.1. Eligible Refunds: Refunds are only eligible for reservations canceled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pick-up time.

3.2. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days from the date of cancellation.

3.3. Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

4. Changes to Reservation

4.1. Modifications: Any modifications to the reservation, including changes to the pick-up date, time, or location, must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

4.2. Availability: All modifications are subject to vehicle availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Early Return

5.1. No Refunds for Early Return: If the Renter returns the vehicle before the scheduled return date, no refunds will be provided for the unused rental days.

6. Late Return

6.1. Late Return Fees: If the Renter returns the vehicle after the scheduled return time, late return fees will apply as specified in the rental agreement.

7. Special Promotions and Discounts
